Do you have sympathy for all the homeowners mounting foreclosure defense cases? Are they just scamming the system or do they have a genuine grievance?
Many would argue that even if the banks didn’t follow all the procedures properly, the bottom line is that if you aren’t paying your mortgage, you don’t deserve to keep the home.
